Circle boosts intermodal digitalisation
Circle Group, a Milan-listed SME, has launched two strategic projects valued over € 300,000 under the LogIN Business programme, aimed at advancing digitalisation and interoperability in transport and logistics. Central to these projects is MILOS, the company's proprietary platform, now upgraded with modules for managing e-CMR and e-DDT documents, enabling full dematerialisation, digital signatures and compliance with European standards. These features enhance traceability, security and sustainability by reducing paper usage and streamlining processes.
The initiatives also involve creating a federative infrastructure to connect Italian and European ports, inland terminals and logistics hubs, utilising the MILOS node vonnector for real-time data exchange on missions, transport orders and customs authorisations. Additional tools like business intelligence and control tower functionalities enable ongoing operational monitoring and resource planning optimisation. Fully compatible with existing TMS and ERP systems and compliant with EU eFTI regulations, these innovations strengthen Circle's role as a leader in transforming the supply chain into a more efficient, sustainable and interconnected ecosystem.
