Clean Intralogistics Net welcomes new member

Clean Intralogistics Net (CIN), which focuses primarily on promoting fuel cell technology in the intralogistics sector, has welcomed a prominent newcomer to its industry network: the Schaeffler group, an automotive and industry supplier, employs about 89,000 people worldwide and generated a turnover of around EUR 14.2 billion last year.

The network’s objective is to introduce and propagate fuel-cell run industrial trucks and airport ground support equipment along with the relevant hydrogen infrastructure in markets across the world.

A continuous exchange of experiences among the partners and joint activities, such as the organisation of regular user workshops, play a decisive role in the network’s strategy. CIN currently has 14 partners, all multinational companies.

The VDMA Fachverband Fördertechnik und Intralogistik (trade association for materials handling and intralogistics) is an associated partner. (mw)
