Constellation Cold Logistics strengthens Dutch network
Constellation Cold Logistics has acquired Lau van Haren Cold Stores, a family-run Dutch cold-storage provider with nearly 100 years of experience. Located in the Netherlands with excellent motorway access, Lau van Haren offers around 15,000 pallet positions of frozen capacity, blast-freezing, re-packing and transport distribution services. The acquisition expands Constellation's Dutch presence and strengthens its European network with high-quality capacity and value-added services.
The Lau van Haren team will remain, ensuring continuity for employees and customers. Constellation's managing director Geert Liefhooghe highlighted the strategic location and service offerings, while CEO Wieck van Haren expressed pride in maintaining their legacy and accessing new growth opportunities.
