Crowley appoints Megan Davidson
Crowley has announced Megan Davidson as its new chief operating officer, effective 1 January 2026, succeeding Ray Fitzgerald. This planned succession aims to seamlessly enhance operational excellence and support Crowley's growth in the supply chain sectors. Fitzgerald, who served as COO for over five years, will transition to an advisory role as he approaches retirement.
Megan Davidson, previously Crowley's chief people officer, has been instrumental in evolving the company's culture and aligning talent strategies.
