CSG opens digital customs hub in Warsaw

The Customs Support Group (CSG) has launched its European ‘TechHub’ in Warsaw (Poland), aiming to further digitalise customs processes and boost automation in its 14-market network.

The hub, located in the Koneser Centre, will develop and support AI-powered solutions for document processing, EDI integration and real-time data reporting. While automation enhances speed and accuracy, human declarants remain responsible for final validation and compliance.

One of the tech-hub’s key foci is its customs control tower, which offers centralised management for multinational clients. The site already hosts over 30 experts and is expected to have a staff of 100 by end-2025. CSG is also planning for further growth in 2026.

The hub supports seamless onboarding and improves service quality for around 60,000 customers. CEO John Wegman described the hub as a milestone in redefining customs with scalable, digital-first solutions. (gy)
