Dachser unit goes ISO 14001
Dachser & Kolb, a relocation logistics subsidiary of Dachser, has received ISO 14001:2015 certification for its environment-management system.
According to the company this confirms its structured approach to improving its environmental performance, monitoring key indicators and meeting legal standards. Focus areas include route optimisation, reusable materials and the reduction of emissions and waste.
The certificate complements the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, introduced in 2022. Managing director Johannes Neumann described the move as a milestone that reflects the firm’s commitment to responsible business practices and future generations. Re-certification is scheduled every three years. (js)
