Dentressangle launches Hong Kong - Paris service
According to figures from France Diplomatie – the French ministry of foreign affairs and international development, French imports from Hong Kong increased by 11.6% in 2012 to a total of EUR 272 million. The goods mostly consisted of jewellery, time-pieces, toys and communication devices. Hong Kong is also a major gateway for exports from southern China.
With block space allocations with major airlines, Norbert Dentressangle Freight Forwarding Air and Sea now offers four consolidations per week and a two-day transit time, providing a rapid, regular and highly cost effective service from Hong Kong to Charles de Gaulle airport (Paris). The company also offers a daily trucking service from Southern China to its consolidation facility in Hong Kong, along with onward transport of consignments on arrival in Paris. This offers French importers a genuine door-to-door service and a single point of contact from origin to destination.
