DHL expands CFS network

DHL Global Forwarding Vietnam has expanded its container freight station (CFS) network in Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong, increasing capacity to meet rising trade demands and regional realignments. The Ho Chi Minh CFS grew from 4,600 sqm to 6,800 sqm, improving cargo consolidation and operational resilience, while Hai Phong's facility now covers 4,000 sqm, supporting cross-border trade through proximity to major ports.

These facilities provide end-to-end solutions, including storage, customs, value-added services and security, optimising time and cost efficiencies. Additionally, DHL enhanced its integrated warehousing solutions in Bac Ninh, offering tailored logistics with secure handling of high-value cargo and comprehensive connectivity, crucial for Vietnam's shift from manufacturing to regional distribution hub. Recognising its sustainable efforts, DHL Vietnam earned Leaf 4 Shipper certification, reinforcing its commitment to environmentally responsible logistics. These investments strategically position DHL to support Vietnam's evolving role in global trade and regional supply chains, driven by increased trade flows and infrastructure development.
