Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has marked five years of transformation since the Covid-19 crisis, evolving into a customer-centric, tech-driven operator.
Its ‘MyCargo’ platform, now used for 88% of bookings, enables real-time pricing, booking and tracking. New tools, including the AI-based CRM360, developed together with Salesforce, further personalise services. A flatter organisation and a digital-savvy leadership team support the shift.
With over 100 customers in its SAF programme and ongoing fleet modernisation, sustainability is a core focus. The company has seen a 30% rise in its ‘Net Promoter Score’, lower distribution costs and growing digital adoption — signs of its emergence as a leader in European airfreight. (ah)
