Dollar Tree appoints Weng as chief supply chain officer
Dollar Tree, one of North America's largest discount retailers with over 16,500 stores under the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar banners, has appointed Roxanne Weng as Chief Supply Chain Officer following the retirement of Mike Kindy who joined in 2023 and helped modernise the company’s distribution strategy.
Weng brings more than 30 years of leadership experience, including supply chain roles at Walgreens and Uline. She will oversee logistics, transportation and inventory across the group’s vast store network in the US and Canada.
CEO Mike Creedon praised Weng’s operational expertise and its alignment with Dollar Tree’s growth trajectory. The company aims to strengthen supply chain reliability and efficiency to ensure fully stocked shelves across all retail locations. (ah)
