Europa Contact Centre: workforce to grow by 25%
Europa Contact Centre, a division of logistics provider Europa Worldwide Group, is set to expand its workforce by 25%. The team is therefore looking for more staff to fulfil a variety of roles, including team leaders, business development managers, trainers and call centre agents. This follows the completion of a successful GBP 1 million innovative technology upgrade at the site.
General manager Mat Jobson explains: “The economic shock of Covid-19 made firms realise that during tumultuous times, they needed to offer their own customers stability. Europa Contact Centre, a multi-channel outsource platform, has been able to do just that through its seamless service, and we’ve seen a huge increase in our own client base as a result.” (cj)
