Fatal crash of an UPS aircraft in southern USA
An Airbus A300-600F, operated by UPS, was involved in a serious accident whilst approaching Birmingham AL (USA) airport. Both pilots lost their lives. "All of us at UPS extend our deepest sympathies to the families and friends of these two crew members," said UPS chairman and CEO Scott Davis. The USA’s National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the incident and UPS will release more facts about this accident as they become available.
