Fevzi Gandur awarded for employees' environment
Every year, the business journal Fortune partners the Great Place to Work Institute, founded 1991 in San Francisco, to survey a random group of employees from each company participating in the “Great Place to Work award scheme.
A company's score is based on the trust index employee survey and the culture audit. The Turkish group Fevzi Gandur Logistics has now been awarded the “Great Place to Work” certificate for companies in the 250-500 employee category.
Fevzi Gandur Logistics is the only logistics company in Turkey to have received such an award. It reaffirms the company’s commitment to its human capital, and to provide its personnel with an environment where they can grow and develop both personally and professionally.
The company stated: "Fevzi Gandur Logistics will continue to invest in its most valuable asset, the wonderful women and men that make up this company". (cd)
