Frankfurt-Hahn airport finds buyer
Jan Markus Plathner, the insolvency administrator for the companies of the Frankfurt-Hahn Airport Group, has announced that the transaction process for the Frankfurt-Hahn Airport Group and its assets has now been successfully concluded.
The purchaser is Frankfurt-based Swift Conjoy. This is a joint venture between Frankfurt-based Swift Holding, which has international expertise and many years of experience in real estate and finance structuring as well as infrastructure development, and CIP - Conjoy Investment Partners, which was founded in 2021 by English and Australian entrepreneurs and executives with a profound experience in the aviation, airports, travel and retail sectors.
Its managing directors Tobias Steyer and Martin Mansell have said that they will "continue and extensively expand passenger and cargo operations at Hahn." (ah)
