Garbe building logistics space in Poland
Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland and the Wood & Company Logistics sub-fund are set to jointly develop Garbe Park Gliwice, a new industrial complex in southern Poland.
The logistics facility will offer around 75,000 m² of leasable space and meet the Breeam ‘excellent’ certification standard.
Located near the A4 motorway, the site has strategic access to major east–west routes, enhancing its appeal amid growing demand for sustainable logistics assets.
The total investment by the two partners exceeds EUR 50 million. Garbe and Wood & Company highlight the project’s potential and alignment with long-term strategies. The Silesian region's strong infrastructure and skilled workforce further support the site's development.
