Garbe Industrial leases logistics property
Garbe Industrial has successfully leased a logistics property in Nittendorf, near Regensburg, to Amtoimport Electronic Commerce. The facility, covering approximately 17,700 sqm, will handle the storage, picking, packing and shipping of consumer goods such as household items, gardening tools and office furniture for international e-commerce clients. Located on a 33,400 sqm plot close to the A3 highway, the site offers convenient access to Nuremberg and Regensburg.
The two-story center includes 13,700 sqm of warehouse space, 3,200 sqm of mezzanine space, and 800 sqm for offices. Key features include a fully racked storage area and 15 loading ramps for truck access. Additionally, the property will be updated for fire safety to meet battery storage requirements. Faika Biriz, regional manager at Garbe, highlights the strong collaboration among the tenant, landlord and brokers, facilitating this successful lease agreement.
