Harder logistics wins removal contract
Harder logistics from Neu-Ulm (Bavaria, Germany) has won the tender to organise and carry out a warehouse removal inclusive administration for automotive parts supplier Beon. Beon, which works for the French PSA Group in the spare parts trade, is moving its administrative and logistics location from Karlsruhe to Ettlingen.
Project logistics provider Harder logistics, a specialist for such assignments, was contracted to carry out the removal which is planned for the end of September.
"Our challenge is to organise and perform the task with pinpoint accuracy so that restrictions to Beon's business operations are kept to the minimum," says Marcello Danieli, managing shareholder of Harder logistics. The removal is scheduled for a weekend. The new logistics centre comprises a small parts warehouse and a pallet rack facility. (mw)
