Hoyer expands in Saudi Arabia
The Hoyer Group is expanding its Middle East presence with a new branch office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, operating under the name Hoyer Arabia. The move complements its existing storage and filling facility for chemicals in Al Jubail, established in 2018. The Dammam site focuses on transport logistics, aiming to enable faster and more targeted service for customers.
Selcuk Cingi, regional director Middle East and India, said: "Saudi Arabia is a strategically important growth market for the world and also for the Hoyer Group". Hoyer plans to expand from land transport within the Kingdom and to neighbouring countries towards intermodal services as Saudi Arabia invests in its rail network. (js)
