Hoyer strengthens position with Dantra acquisition
On 28 November 2025 the Hoyer Group announced its acquisition of Danish company Dantra Group, enhancing its logistics solutions for the chemical, gas and food industries. This acquisition strengthens Hoyer's presence in Scandinavia, expanding operations across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Lithuania. Dantra, known for transporting liquid chemicals and providing depot services, complements Hoyer's portfolio, promoting sustainable growth and reinforcing market leadership in Northern Europe.
The integration aims to create a denser transport network and innovative logistics solutions, opening new opportunities in gas logistics and the circular economy. Both companies emphasise safety, quality and sustainability as core values. Dantra's existing customers will gain access to a broader global network and new services, particularly in intermodal transport.
