Hungarian subsidiary takes charge of intermodal services

The Transco group has founded a subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary. The branch, called Invictus Holding, will operate primarily as a rail forwarder and provide railfreight services for direct customers in southeast Europe. In addition, it will act as an infrastructure representative for other foreign logistics companies and provide various rail and sales services on their behalf, Transco says.

As with all foreign subsidiaries of the group, the Swiss company Transco Suisse will hold the majority share of Invictus Holding.

After the creation of another new subsidiary that will serve as a digital freight forwarder for southeast Europe, Invictus will be able to deploy digital solutions to manage pre- and post-carriage road haulage traffic. (ben)
