IFL helps supply NHS during Covid-19 crisis

International Forwarding (IFL) in UK is classified by the government as an ‘essential’ supply chain business and is now using its resources of trucks, trailers, warehouses and highly trained staff to support the NHS across the UK during the coronavirus pandemic.

Last Friday (27.4.2020) for example, IFL sent out five double-decker trucks, which can carry up to 50 pallets each, stacked with medical and pharmaceutical products for urgent transport around the UK.

IFL sales director Andy Grubb said: “We had to implement our own health and safety procedures with staff working from home or on an office rotation basis to make sure we are keeping people safe and complying with public health guidelines.” IFL continues to offer distribution in UK and Europe.
