Indigo Cargo picks Mark Sutch
The Indian airline Indigo has appointed Mark Sutch as its new chief commercial officer – cargo international. Sutch brings with him 25 years of airline industry experience in various verticals, including extensive cargo experience.
Sutch most recent assignment was CCO with CMA CGM Air Cargo based in Marseille. Prior to that he was with Cathay Pacific Airways and during this time was based for five years in Mumbai as the airline’s gegional GM for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Sutch also previously ran all commercial aspects of Cathay Pacific’s cargo division in its Hong Kong head office. Sutch will share the management of the cargo business with Mahesh Kumar Malik, CCO – cargo domestic, who will continue leading the domestic market. (cj)
