IRClass appoints Vijay Arora
At the Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass), an international ship classification society providing ship classification and certification as well as technical inspection services, Vijay Arora took over the helm as managing director on 1 July 2021. This appointment follows Suresh Sinha's superannuation on 30 June.
A qualified marine engineer with a professional experience of more than three decades, Arora has strong maritime expertise under his belt. During his long tenure at IRClass, he has worked in various survey stations in India and abroad and has handled multiple responsibilities.
