José da Silva remembered at ICS
ICS Group has announced with deep regret the unexpected death of José da Silva, long-serving managing director of the company. Da Silva passed away at the age of 63 and had been part of ICS since 1989, shaping the development of the group for more than three decades.
During his career at ICS, da Silva held various senior roles, including responsibilities for product management, marketing and sales as well as business development. Owing to his operational and strategic expertise and his strong communication skills, he was widely regarded by customers and partners as a key representative of the company as ICS reported. "José da Silva played a decisive role in shaping ICS with his foresight, integrity and tremendous personal commitment. He enjoyed a high level of trust among employees, business partners and shareholders alike," stated Hans-Jörg Tittlbach, CEO of ICS Group.
