KLN secures Hitachi contract
KLN Logistics Group has entered into a partnership with Arcelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales Hong Kong Limited to support the setup and operation of an aftersales repair hub in Hong Kong. The agreement covers the establishment of repair facilities, warehousing operations as well as delivery, installation and One Bell services for Hitachi-branded consumer appliances as KLN reported.
As part of the project, KLN is operating a 15,000 sq ft workshop and warehouse parts area dedicated to Hitachi and managing around 800 aftersales service delivery orders per month. The collaboration builds on KLN’s experience in providing scalable, technology-supported logistics solutions for clients worldwide according to its own information. "We are honoured to be selected by Arcelik Hitachi Hong Kong, a global leader in the home appliance industry," stated Samuel Lau, Managing Director integrated logistics of KLN.
