Laurent Lamatière joins Cushman & Wakefield France
Cushman & Wakefield France has announced the appointment of Laurent Lamatière as partner and director of logistics key accounts within the industrial leasing agency, led by Alexis Bouteiller. Based in Lyon, Lamatière will focus on enhancing the key accounts approach in logistics real estate, conducting Stay vs Go analyses and providing strategic advisory to clients.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate and logistics real estate, he has a strong background in regional development, asset management and overseeing key operations. His appointment is a significant boost to the key accounts strategy.
Alexis Bouteiller highlighted that Lamatière's expertise in territorial dynamics and strategic challenges will support users in their critical projects and drive Cushman & Wakefield's growth in the evolving logistics market. Lamatière holds a master's in urban planning and development from the university of Lyon III and previously held leadership roles at several notable companies.
