LEI and EFL Global merge


The supply chain and logistics provider EFL Global, which is headquartered in Sri Lanka, has acquired the Canadian family-owned logistics company Locher Evers International (LEI). The acquisition is effective immediately, and the company will operate as a subsidiary of EFL Global.

 

LEI’s management team and employees will remain in their roles, ensuring a seamless transition for customers and suppliers. With the takeover, EFL Global is expanding its footprint in the Canadian market and strengthening its capabilities to provide end-to-end logistics solutions to customers in various industries.

 

By combining LEI’s expertise with EFL Global’s resources and technology, customers can expect to benefit from enhanced services, improved efficiency and greater flexibility.
