Leschaco opens chemical logistics hub in Bremen
Leschaco has commissioned a new 20,500 sqm multi-purpose chemical facility in North Germany's "Bremen Industrial Park", strengthening its capabilities in LCL and contract logistics.
The site offers over 12,000 pallet spaces, an integrated container packing station and 27 loading ramps, combining warehouse and CFS operations. A key feature is its hazardous goods infrastructure: twelve separate storage units provide 2,000 sqm for chemicals and lithium-ion batteries, compliant with strict WGK and LGK standards.
The DGNB Gold-certified site underscores Leschaco’s focus on safety, sustainability and efficiency. Strategically located between Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven, it enhances flexibility across Europe’s logistics corridors and supports the firm’s growing chemical and industrial client base.
