Man and Gartner extend partnership
Man Truck & Bus and Austrian logistics provider Gartner have signed a new framework agreement for the delivery of up to 1,200 Man TGX semitrailer tractors through to 2028.
The contract continues a 50-year partnership and allows for the delivery of up to 350 trucks per year, starting in summer 2025. The vehicles will feature Man’s new 'PowerLion' drivetrain, led by the Man D30 engine.
The Man TGX supports Gartner’s sustainability goals, with the first battery-electric Man eTGXs already in regular operation. Gartner handles vehicle transport and logistics services for Man and runs a fleet that is already over 80% Man vehicles. Since 2018, Man has delivered more than 2,300 vehicles to the company. (js)
