Medlog terminal opens in Paris Bruyères
MSC has officially opened the new Medlog Inland Terminal Paris Bruyères, a multimodal hub 40 km north of Paris. The facility links the port of Le Havre to inland European destinations by road, rail and barge.
Launched last summer and in operation since late 2024, the terminal spans 11 ha and features two railtracks and a 230 m quay. It offers reefer, breakbulk and project cargo services, with an annual capacity of over 100,000 teu. At the official opening on 4 June, Medlog presented the terminal’s emissions-saving potential and digital capabilities.
The platform supports MSC’s 'TN MSC Port 2000' initiative, designed to promote efficient, lower-carbon supply chains. With most cargo flows managed by rail and barge, the terminal aims to minimise last-mile trucking and deliver sustainable logistics for France and beyond. (ah)
