Menzies earns Cargo iQ accreditation
Menzies Aviation has been officially accredited by Cargo iQ following the completion of the organisation’s quality audit process. As part of the accreditation, Menzies has embedded Cargo iQ’s "Master Operating Plan" into its cargo handling processes. The framework defines standards along the shipment journey and enables consistent performance measurement for airlines, ground handlers and freight forwarders as Menzies Aviation reported. By integrating these benchmarks into its data systems, Menzies aims to improve transparency, reliability and service predictability for customers worldwide.
Cargo iQ is supported by more than 60 stakeholders across the air cargo supply chain, including airlines, logistics providers and technology companies. "Becoming Cargo iQ certified reinforces our commitment to operational excellence and customer trust," stated Beau Paine, Executive Vice President Cargo, Menzies Aviation.
