MLP: new head of technical project management
MLP Group, a developer, owner, and manager of commercial, industrial and logistics parks specialising in brownfield sites, welcomed Norbert Philippen as its new head of technical project management on 1 April 2024. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects in the German and Austrian markets.
Philippen brings over 23 years of professional experience, beginning his career as an architect specialising in project approval procedures and execution planning. Over the past 15 years he has worked as a project manager for diverse asset classes and complex property development ventures. Philippen honed his skills in the management of logistics properties at his recent tenure at Osmab Holding. (cj)
