More capacity for parcel deliveries in Cardiff

Dexl has announced a new investment into its centre in Cardiff to meet growing demands for parcel services and build on its SME customer base. The company is part of the APC delivery network, an independent parcel delivery network based in the UK.

The hub in the Welsh capital is one of three Dexl depots within the network. With this investment, Dexl seeks to expand its regional business in the overnight parcel collection and delivery service, serving South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and Wales.

Dexl has also added three new HGVs and seven electric vehicles to its fleet. The 464 sqm site in Cardiff combines with Dexl’s portfolio of over 3,437 sqm space. “The Cardiff site and the investment into EVs will ensure customers that continue to get improved, more efficient and more sustainable service options,” says Jonathan Smith, chief executive, APC.
