More cargo flights to Europe, Asia and USA

Air Canada has announced that cargo-only flights will continue to provide additional capacity on international routes with new flights this month.

Yesterday, 14 April 2021, the carrier introduced service to and from Basel-Mulhouse (photo showing the recent meeting of a B787-800 from Qatar Airways and a B747-800F from Air Bridge Cargo Airlines) with two cargo-only flights per week operated on B787-9 aircraft.

The station has an Iata CEIV Pharma certification and is certified to handle "AC Absolute" and "AC Pharmacair" shipments.

The North American airline also operates cabin-loading B777 five times per week between Chicago ORD and Vancouver, and three times per week from Vancouver and Toronto to Taipei.

Also in Asia, new cabin-loading B777 flights are operated to and from Hong Kong weekly, while Shanghai is now served with nine flights per week (Vancouver, Toronto). (ah)
