More intermodal services

Kombiverkehr has launched a new intermodal link between Germany and Austria. The direct trains offer a three weekly service between the terminals München-Riem (Germany) and Wels CTT (Austria).

The terminals can also be used as hubs for ongoing transports, connecting Austrian shipments with Köln-Eifeltor and Leipzig-Wahren and other destinations in Germany, for example.

Within Austria, Wels is a hub for shipments to and from Vienna, Bludenz, Graz, Hall in Tyrol, Linz, St. Michael, Villach and Wolfurt, and and from Sindos in Greece. Wels provides access to international links to and from Budapest (Hungary), with onward connections to Halikali in Turkey. (ben)
