                        Neva – Moscow shuttle launched
In Russia, Fesco has introduced another regular train service on the St. Petersburg – Moscow route. The Neva-Moscow shuttle departs once a week from one of marine terminals of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region and arrives at the Beliy Rast station in the Moscow region.
The cargo will be primarily consumer goods and car parts imported through the port of St. Petersburg. Transit time is eight hours.
The first train was loaded with 59 forty-foot containers which had been shipped from Qingdao (China) to the port of St. Petersburg. This is the Fesco’s fifth train service from St. Petersburg – regular dispatches to Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk and Irkutsk are also available, the company said. (ben)
