New general director at Chronopost
Chronopost has appointed Franck Philippe as general director to head the sales and marketing department. He will be responsible for strategic and operational marketing to improve customer service, identify and anticipate new trends, as well as adapt and innovate to create the offers of tomorrow.
Philippe joined Chronopost in 1995, spending his entire career in the company. He has headed sales management since September 2015.
Prior to that, he also served as business manager, head of commercial training, key account manager, head of sales, regional sales manager for the south-west of France, and finally strategic account manager.
