New in England's Northwest
DX, a British provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier, 2-Man, and logistics services, has opened a new depot in Preston, Lancashire. This 41st depot of the group’s parcels business, which operates within the DX Express division, offers highly secure, tracked deliveries to businesses and consumers.
CEO Paul Ibbetson: "The new depot will enhance our position in the Northwest, increasing the capacity and capability of our parcels operation. It will deliver further efficiencies to our operations and provide local customer service benefits, always a priority for the group. It will also lower carbon emissions by reducing stem mileage." (ah)
