New intermodal P400 semitrailer service for Italy

Arcese has expanded its intermodal network in Italy by adding the new Turin – Pescara – Foggia Adriatic line.

The connection organised by Arcese and operated by Mercitalia Rail offers three departures per week, a transit time of less than 20 hours and can handle up to 10,000 large volume semi-trailers per year.

According to Arcese, the new service is perfectly integrated into the multimodal network of the Adriatic axis in addition to the existing ones: Novara-Pescara, Verona-Bari and Venice-Bari. Arcese network has connections all over Europe: from Spain to Romania, from Turkey to Scandinavia with over 50 daily departures. (ben)
