New last-mile model in Mangalore

Grojet has launched "Grojet Express" in the southern Indian city of Mangalore, adding a new service segment focused on continuous, hyperlocal pickup and delivery. The offering operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is fully integrated into Grojet’s existing digital commerce platform. "The service combines uncompromising speed, proven reliability, and full-time availability, making it the ideal choice for critical business shipments, urgent documents, or essential personal errands," stated Royden Stevo Rodrigues, Managing Director at Grojet.

The service targets both private consumers and local businesses. "Grojet Express" combines proprietary technology, a local partner network and an optimised vehicle fleet to enable short delivery times as the company reported. Customers receive live updates throughout the delivery process, from pickup to final drop-off. According to the company, the new service is designed to meet growing expectations for immediacy and transparency in urban logistics. City-wide coverage ensures access across all neighbourhoods, while dedicated customer support is intended to resolve issues quickly.
