New MD at CNMP Le Havre
Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT) has appointed Benoit Klein as the new managing director of its CNMP Le Havre terminal (France). He’ll take office on 1 September 2025.
With a strong background in operations, Klein has over 29 years of experience in the terminals and shipping industries. He has held various leadership roles in businesses, including with CMA Terminals (Gemalink, Terminal Du Grand Ouest), DP World and Louis Dreyfus, where he implemented strategic projects and helped build capacities in Europe and Southeast Asia.
“We’re delighted to welcome Benoit to our team,” said Hanseatic Global Terminals CEO Dheeraj Bhatia. He also thanked Arnaud Hourdin, who’ll remain in the Seafrigo Group, with new challenges, for his efforts there over the years.
The appointment marks a step forward for the CNMP terminal, in which HGT acquired a 60% majority stake in March. HGT is a fully owned subsidiary of Hapag-Lloyd.
