Next Finnlines link to start on 1 February
At the beginning of February 2022, Finnlines will put the ro-pax "Finnfellow" into operation on its Travemünde–Malmö route in the Baltic Sea. This will increase the number of departures up to four direct connections per day from Germany to Sweden and vice versa (up to three until now).
The schedule is currently being modified and the new departures will successively be announced on the timetable page.
With this step, Finnlines expands the total capacity – both cargo and passengers – on the route and, as the liner said in a press release, "responds to the growing demand in the market". With this new link, the Germany-Sweden route will be operated by "Finnfellow", "Finnclipper", "Finntrader" and "Finnpartner". (sh)
