NTG appoints Tinneke Torpe as group CFO
NTG has appointed Tinneke Torpe as the new group chief financial officer, effective no later than 1 April 2026. Torpe brings substantial financial leadership experience, having previously served as CFO at TP Aerospace Group and held various roles within A.P. Moller - Maersk Group and FLSmidth. Her expertise includes leading finance transformation initiatives and complex organisational management.
Current CFO Christian Jakobsen is departing NTG after more than seven years of significant contributions, including the successful navigation of the company's 2019 initial public offering. Additionally, Peter Grubert will move to a part-time role in corporate development and special projects, continuing to provide his expertise to NTG. Following these transitions, NTG's group management team will be led by group CEO Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup, alongside Torpe and other key executives, ensuring a strong focus on continued growth and operational effectiveness.
