Offen to hand over to Hamburg Süd veteran
Arnt Vespermann, who served at Hamburg Süd between 1999 and 2021 and who has been at the helm of the shipping company as chief executive officer since 2017, will succeed Claus-Peter Offen on 1 January 2022.
The head of the Hamburg-based Offen Group, which evolved from the shipping company of the same name he founded in 1971, has announced his intention to retire from operational business on that date. (ah)
