Oman Air Cargo secures European ground handling partners
At Air Cargo Europe 2025 in Munich, Oman Air Cargo appointed CHI Aviation Handling as its new ground handling agent at Frankfurt airport, with effect from 1 July 2025.
The airline simultaneously renewed contracts with four long-standing partners in Europe, namely Swissport at London Heathrow, Cargogate at Munich airport, WFS/SFS at Paris CDG and Cargologic at the Zurich gateway.
“Our network strategy depends on reliable partners and these renewals ensure the high standards we promise our customers,” said Mike Duggan (centre), the head of cargo at Oman Air.
CHI and Cargogate MD Dominik Mißkampf (fourth from the left) highlighted the trust and continuous improvement in the partnership.
The new setup underlines Oman Air’s intent to grow its European footprint, which includes new flights to Amsterdam and an expanded Muscat–Heathrow schedule. The agreements reinforce the airline’s capacity to deliver tailored airfreight solutions all across the continent. (ah)
