Qantas Freight – Sydney–Shanghai starting today
Qantas Freight will begin operating a new A332P2F freighter service between Sydney and Shanghai from today, 26 June 2025.
The twice-weekly service, departing Thursdays and Saturdays, marks the first regular deployment of Red Tail A330 freighters on this key route.
The new connection offers Australian exporters greater access to China’s busiest cargo port, with enhanced capacity for perishable, pharmaceutical and high-value goods. Flights have been scheduled to allow onward connections from other Australian cities, broadening opportunities for producers nationwide.
According to Qantas Freight, the service reinforces its commitment to delivering reliable and efficient airfreight solutions across the Asia-Pacific region and supporting Australian trade growth. (ah)
