Quantron adds fuel cell transporter
In addition to fully electric commercial vehicles, e-mobility company Quantron has also developed hydrogen fuel cell solutions. The Q-Light FCEV van is its latest product in this segment.
At Nufam, a trade fair for the commercial vehicle industry, Quantron is presenting the Q-Light to a trade audience for the first time. As a hydrogen fuel cell transporter in the 3.5 to 4.2 range, it is unique in Europe, the company said.
The vehicle is manufactured in cooperation with fuel cell expert AE Driven Solutions. It is based on a reliable and proven powertrain technology that is already in use in over 400 vehicles in Europe. All components of the Q-Light FCEV comply with European safety standards. The vehicle can be driven flexibly in electric or fuel cell mode. (ben)
