Railfreight services to move cars between Germany and Spain
Transfesa Logistics and Volkswagen Group Logistics have renewed their contract for international vehicle shipments by rail. The company will be responsible, until 2022, for transports originating in Ingolstadt, Neckarsulm, and Mosel in Germany, and Mlada Boleslav in Czechia to Ciempozuelos (Madrid) and Tarragona in Spain.
Transfesa Logistics will also continue to run services for Volkswagen Group from Martorell to the south of Germany and from the company's Spanish factory in Navarra to the south of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. On all routes, the companies will deploy insulated car transporter wagons in two different lengths. (ben)
