Remarketing two regional combi aircraft

Canadian North has appointed ACC Aviation, a global aviation consultancy offering asset management and financial solutions to airlines, lessors and financiers, as the exclusive remarketing agent to sell its two De Havilland Dash 8-100.

Built in the early 1990s, MSN 284 and MSN 324 are preserved under De Havilland’s storage programme and parked at Calgary and Edmonton airports. Both aircraft are PAX/cargo combi variants.

Shannon Montpellier, VP – Finance at the wholly Inuit-owned airline headquartered in Kanata, ON: "These Dash 8s have served us extremely well over the years, reliably performing on numerous passenger and cargo flights. The global presence of ACC Aviation and its strong track record in remarketing regional aircraft were key factors in assigning its team for this task." (ah)
