Renault Trucks appoints new country manager for Switzerland
As of 1 June 2025, Riccardo Virga (left) will take over as country manager and sales director of Renault Trucks (Switzerland) AG. He succeeds Tarcis Berberat (right), who will fully focus on his role as vice-president of the AdriAlps region, covering ten countries from Switzerland to the Western Balkans.
Virga brings many years of industry experience, multilingual leadership skills and a strong knowledge of the Swiss market. "The Renault Trucks brand offers great potential in Switzerland and a highly motivated local team," he said.
Berberat will use the transition to strengthen Renault Trucks' presence in key growth markets such as Austria, Croatia and Slovenia. Renault Trucks is part of the Volvo Group and operates with 1,500 service and sales locations worldwide. (ah)
